Container Companies LLC ("Container Companies", "we", "us") sends SMS text messages to customers and drivers as part of our container sales, rental, and delivery operations. This policy describes when and how we use SMS, and how recipients can manage their preferences.
Who receives SMS messages
Drivers
Drivers who have accepted a delivery or pickup assignment from Container Companies receive SMS messages containing:
- Job assignment notifications (date, location, container details)
- Secure magic-link login codes to access the driver portal
- Pickup and delivery status updates
- Reminder messages for upcoming jobs
Drivers consent to receive these messages when they accept a job assignment. Drivers may opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which they will not receive further messages and will lose the ability to log in via SMS.
Customers
Customers who have purchased, rented, or contracted services with Container Companies receive SMS messages containing:
- Payment authorization and receipt confirmations
- Delivery scheduling and status updates
- Account and invoice notifications
Customers consent to receive these messages at the time of purchase, rental signing, or invoice payment.
Message frequency
Drivers may receive 1-10 messages per week depending on job volume.
Customers may receive 1-5 messages per transaction lifecycle.
Total volume across all recipients does not exceed 1,000 messages per month.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Container Companies does not charge recipients for SMS messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any SMS from Container Companies at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages. You may opt back in by contacting us at the number or email below.
